ITINERARY DETAILS

Day 1:  Arrival at Port Blair

On arrival at the Port Blair Airport in the morning/afternoon, our tour representative will assist you to transfer to the resort/hotel. After check-in formalities and have a lavish meal in the hotel. Step out for a visit to the Cellular Jail, also known as Kala Pani.  This site was the colonial jail during British rule. Later on, proceed to the Water Sports Complex to indulge in water sports such as banana rides, speed boat rides, jet skiing, and so on. (Do not forget to carry extra clothes for changing). The saga of the heroic freedom struggle is brought alive in a moving Light and Sound Show at Cellular Jail, giving viewers a brief idea about the happenings in the jail before the independence. Dinner and overnight stay at a hotel in Port Blair.

Day 2:  Port Blair – Havelock Island

In the early morning proceed towards the ferry to Havelock Island from Port Blair. The distance between the two destinations is covered in 2.5 hours. (Carry packed breakfast). On arrival at Havelock Island check in at the hotel. The rest of the day is at leisure activities. Later, in the evening, visit Beach No 7, or the very popular Radhanagar Beach. This beautiful beach has been rated as the 'Best Beach in Asia' by Time Magazine. Dinner and overnight stay at a hotel on Havelock Island.

Day 3:  Havelock Island (day excursion to Elephant Beach)

Early morning you are going to enjoy a day trip to Elephant Beach. (The vehicle comes to pick you up at 7'o clock in the morning as the boat leaves at 07:30 AM). The distance is covered in just 25 minutes. The day is going to be an electrifying one as you are going to enjoy snorkeling at Elephant Beach. Enjoy the plenty of marine life and hard corals are the highlights of the larger reef.  Explore and discover the colorful underwater world here. Later, you can simply lie on the fine white sand and relax at the beach. Post sightseeing, return to your hotel on Havelock Island for a comfortable overnight stay.

Day 4:  Havelock - Port Blair

After breakfast, complete the check-out formalities and visit the famous Kalapathar beach. En route discovers a glimpse of a scenic coastal road to arrive at the beautiful beach. After spending some time here, you move towards the jetty at Havelock Island to go and board a ferry towards Port Blair. Ferry leaves at 1545 hours/1630 hours. On arrival in the evening, transfer to the hotel. Relax in the hotel. Dinner and overnight stay at Hotel in Port Blair. (Remark: All the hotels at Havelock have morning check-out. Thus, you need to check out before going to Kalapathar beach. You will either have to carry your luggage as you are not going to return to the hotel).

Day 5:  Port Blair

Savor a hearty breakfast and proceed for local sightseeing in Port Blair. (Note: City tour is closed on Monday). Forest Museum- showcasing wooden wonders created in special Andaman wood; Anthropological Museum- has region's indigenous crafts on display; Fisheries (Marine) Museum- carefully preserving more than 350 species of marine life and Naval Marine Museum (Samudrika) - managed by Indian Navy, the museum also comprises of an aquarium. Later, visit Corbyn's Cove Beach- an ideal place to chill out and relax. This beach has been blessed with abundant scenic charm. The evening is scheduled for shopping at the local market. Dinner and overnight stay at Hotel in Port Blair.

Day 6:  Departure from Port Blair

After breakfast, backpack some beautiful memories and board a flight for the onward journey.
